So Rick is back in Louisville for a mediation attempt with the university regarding his $40M lawsuit. I think his team wants to get this settled quick.

I will be so glad when we get all this crap behind us and can move on. If we can move on? 
RP needs to get this settled if he truly wants to get back into coaching. UofL truly needs to get this behind them so folks can move forward.
I’m not sure that RP will ever get back to coaching at this level again. Perhaps at a lower level, but . . . . Who would truly want him?

RP made 3 strikes. The second and third strikes were caused by him falling down at the plate. Many folks who are in the game and know RP.....know there's some shady crap that went down at the University of Louisville by others. RP will get his chance to be called Coach again somewhere.
Louisville can slow play this with the NCAA looking into the program. Why would they settle or even negotiate a number?
Pitino’s problem is going to be the NCAA. The chances are pretty good the NCAA is going to hit him with a show cause. That will effectively end his college coaching days and end the lawsuit against Louisville.

Agree with cycle, the NCAA would almost have to hit him with show cause.

Bruce Pearl was technically still under show cause penalty fro Tennessee when Auburn officially hired him. Don’t know if Kevin Ollie will be hired by anyone.

What I am is one PI$$ED off mod today!!!!! That's all I can say because I wanting to blow. Directv is the winner for now because I got my bill on line this morning and they increased us by $75 a month.
Cut the cord,man. I dumped Directv last year, with Roku devices and YoutubeTV and I could not be happier. Saving me over $100 per month, and works much better. Love streaming. As far as the mediation goes, looks like Rick got an offer he could not refuse from David Grissom. Glad it’s over.
