Technical help needed...

I am having problems turning back on my capability to use the B I and underline feature when typing a post.

Anyone know how to correct this? I noticed this about 5 days ago and it is really frustrating to me.

Hey I am old and only partially computer literate, so please help me out if you know the secret fix.
