We have a coach who makes/practice adjustments so the opposing coach staff will not see the same thing as their scouting film!

Absolutely on both counts. Kelsey and staff know what they're doing, are good teachers, and thorough in their approach.
Combine that with a talented and very experienced team if bought in players and you see success.
