According to a well-placed source in the athletic department, the project to refurbish the pink seats won't complete the entire lower bowl before the season opener. Though that was the original intention when the project was conceived, it appears the BOT too long in approving the project and now it will bleed into the regular season. Most of them will be done by the season opener with Notre Dame. All of them should be done by the end of September.
