If you're trying to stream 840 on line, that may be your problem...

beside streaming this game feed via computer ( and casting it to TV via Chromecast) I usually listen to the WHAS broadcast via the "College Basketball Radio App" on my phone. Allows you to listen to Every major college game broadcast - either team... (when, for example, UL is playing.. say.. UNC you can listen to either Paul Rodgers OR the UNC broadcasters) the companion College Football Radio App does the same. (Greatest app for sports junkies ever..imo - been using it 4 years now)

....just checked.. 'College Basktball Radio App' no longer listed ..just the 'College Football Radio app' ....turns out it was the very same App - just had diff name for marketing reasons ( same developers)
I'm listening to Paul Rodgers calling the game as I type using the College Football Radio app
