So there are only 5 head coaches at Power 5 Conference schools who left another Power 5 Conference school for their current gig.
Who are they?
1. Dan Mullen left Mississippi State for Florida.
2. Jimbo Fisher left Florida State for Texas A&M
3. Willie Taggart left Oregon for Florida State
Does Mark Richt count at Georgia, or was he fired before Miami snatched him up?
Bronco Mendenhall left BYU for Virginia, but BYU ain't P5.
Who am I missing?
Anyway ... surely we can figure this out. But it's interesting as we failed in our bid to take Brohm away from Purdue, yet, we have interest (apparently) from 2 coaches at P5 schools who have their current team ranked. (Dino Babers - Syracuse, and Dana Holgerson - WVU). And now maybe a mystery man who reached out through representation today.
Clearly it's the modus operandi of P5 AD's to find a high level coordinator, or a head coach at a lower conference level.
