A lot of us have been concerned about current players transferring out. The vast majority would have to sit out a year if they transferred(I think that's still the case). If I were the incoming coach I would point that out to them, suggest that they stay through spring practice and see what the new staff is all about. If they don't like what they see they can transfer out at the end of the second semester. A lot of times youngsters don't think things through. They have people in their ear and a lot of times take action they later regret.
