More crap possibly VJ geez

If the NCAA thought institutional control was really at issue, they sure didn't give U of L any credit--NCAA appeal--for taking out the top of the food chain...

VJs comment after the game stated " he knew his name would come up at some point" Why would he feel that way?

The appeal ruling was after the federal investigation was publicized. Louisville didn’t get rid of anyone except Ramsey, who was forced out for other reasons, until after the criminal complaint was publicized.
As noted earlier louisville’s best hope is that the fed investigation will go on so long and implicate so many programs that harsh punishments like the death penalty or multi year postseason bans to one particular school will seem unfair. Especially to a school which got rid of everyone and had no transgressions in the years the federal case was pending.

You just said U of L's actions were too late for the appeal, but you hope the eventual actions curry favor with the NCAA. Which is it?...

Too late for the appeal of the stripper scandal punishment. The appeal hearing was before the federal complaint was even announced. To my knowledge Louisville never even argued the firing of Jurich and Pitino should have any impact on the NCAA sanctions for the strippers.
I hope the 2017 cleaning house and a long period of scandal-free operations before any NCAA investigation/findings into the substance of the federal investigation/prosecutions will greatly mitigate any sanctions the NCAA might consider for those matters.
