The 5'6" point guard out of Columbia, SC has narrowed her collegiate choices to Ole Miss, Miami, Florida, South Carolina and Louisville.
According to sources, she's already one of the best playmakers in girls high school basketball, She is a terrific ball-handler who can split the defense and make shots in the lane. Add in the fact that she sports range out beyond the 3-point arc and Fulwylie is one of the top prospects in years. Even though she is very effective at getting her own shot, she is also a very willing passer. She keeps her head up and delivers passes on the money to cutting teammates
