- This is Louisville's first game after the disappointing outcome of the No. 1 vs. No. 2 game. Cards fell against Notre Dame at Notre Dame. The result was expected, but how the game ended was the disappointing part with the poor calls, the poor response from Louisville and Arike Ogunbowale taking over the game.
- Georgia Tech women are coming out of the gate trying to bully the Cardinals. Pushing, elbows, some hard fouls. Louisville leads 7-0.
- Good solid crowd here on a Sunday afternoon. I'm guessing 8 or 9,000. That is great to see.
- Louisville ended up scoring the first 10 straight points and 15 of the first 17 points, leading 15-2.
