Good Luck to him but it seems like he is going from a secure position to a job where the coach could be under fire, I wonder if it is money or if he is from that area.
With all the coaching changes in college and the NFL there will be plenty of qualified candidates. On top of that with what Louisville pays finding a good replacement shouldn't be a problem.
Ideally, you want to find someone with that is really strong in recruiting and has ties to the South.
Hate to lose his recruiting ability but him leaving may be a reason why our secondary seemed to get beat often on big plays. They seem to play off receivers way too much.
