William Gay landed the DB coaching position for the Washington Commanders. His time at U of L overlapped with newly hired Commanders DC Joe Whitt JR, who was DB coach and recruiting coordinator during Bobby Petrino's first stint at U of L.
Also hired by the Commanders Jeff Brohm's Purdue QB David Blough.
