Had he played the competition that JT Barret played his stats would look nothing like they do. He regressed in the second half of the season (minus the BC game) and his carelessness with the football cost us the game today. That ain't Heisman caliber. Barret or the Washington QB if Washington beats USC next week. Stats are great but they need to be balanced with consistency, clutch play, and big wins. I would argue that if you look at his entire body of work, others have done better on those three fronts.
