Jones, Johnson, Withers Receive ACC Honors

Point guard Carlik Jones becomes just the third Cardinal to receive first-team honors since the program joined the league seven years ago. Jones also tied Pittsburgh's Justin Champagnie for second place in the ACC Player of the Year vote behind honoree Moses Wright of Georgia Tech.

UofL sophomore guard David Johnson was an honorable mention honor and forward JaeLyn Withers was named to the league's All-Freshman squad.

Well, I was shocked when I looked at the numbers on David Johnson. I guess because DJ didn't go to the basket the way Carlik did, I assumed David numbers just didn't compare to Carlik?
This season with Covid sucks, lack of ACCN out of town, camera angle in the rafters and watching on my mobile, I missed some things.
