Don't you guys hand final four banners? I wouldn't know for sure but I could've swore I've seen a Louisville final four banner.
I've been in Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville before, they have a banner that says "SEC Champions 1979". Women's team takes up all the other rafter space..

Yep but not a UK issue. Issue was with the Alabama High School Athletic Association. UK accepted transcripts approved by the NCAA.

Based upon that logic - Derrick Rose's ACT score wasn't a Memphis issue. A fake transcript is an issue for the university that accepts it.

We have banners that honor teams, not draft picks. Our conference banners mean something, like Big East Champs. Draft nite is not the best nite in program history. Among other things.

But Pervis and AD were #1 draft picks. Our 2013 team had no one coming out close to that. This year's team could easily have a player or two emerge as good as Gorgui or Trez.
OTOH, Lite hasn't proven he can win without a guy the caliber of AD. The slappy who got me on this tangent has no point to make.

Let me try to keep up with this theory. So this theory is that Cal only won the NC because he had AD? What happened in 14 when UL had a much higher seed and better team. We weren't even that good that year. We sent UL packing and made it to the NC game as an 8 seed. How did that happen? I know you don't really watch sports Zipp but maybe someone else can explain this theory.

The issue isn't how do you fare against U of L and Pitino. That's the "little brother" mindset. It's how you do against the REST of college basketball. And you do little better than Louisville, not at all better considering your talent advantage and the crap conference you play in.

Well, this IU fan wishes that we had half the success that UofL and UK has had the last 5 years. I'd take the little Pitino over the hack that we currently have.
