I think he might be. We knew with new players this could take some time. The only question left now is, insert DJ as starter at PG or just get him the 25-30 MPG off the bench? Whatever he decides, it may not really matter.
He found a way to get a couple FR meaningful minutes, maybe they have earned it in practice, maybe they have a better understanding of what he wants out there, we aren't there who knows.
He's clearly unafraid to go with Malik over Enoch. More importantly, he used Kimble/DJ together for extended run, and it seemed to be working.
I think when the team is focused and playing for each other last night, the rotations may not matter as much - though clearly DJ showed he's gotta be out there.
