Injury Update?

Turner is much better than some of you guys are suggesting. He is quite explosive himself and I would almost be tempted to bet he’s as fast as Brown… or at least he was. Now he could have beefed up and lost a step, but I don’t think he’s been 100% this year.

In our first 2 games, of course against lesser opponents, Turner rushed for a total of 90 yards and 1 TD. His longest run was 27 yards. Don't know when he got banged up though.

Yeah,I agree. His injury did open the door for Brown to show what he's got. I don't see anything wrong with keeping these backs fresh by using them all.

Lets not lose sight of the fact that Turner not Brown started the season as our No. 1 RB option. If he's 100% healthy, there's no reason to think that he will be a big boost to the running game.

Turner has played in only 2 games this season per UL stats. 16 carries for 87 yards. Last season he appeared in all 14 games on special teams and at running back. May be more to this than an ankle injury.

If he wants to return to the field and JB finds him good enough to use he might be valuable. All players have value but with injuries and opt outs, he could prove to be fresh and might be plenty motivated to show out for his next stop wherever that is.
