I think it was a bruised ego from not getting enough PT 😂Do we know what Turner's injury was?
Definitely. Issac Brown is the man and was from the beginning. Turner will probably be moving on.I think it was a bruised ego from not getting enough PT 😂
"I'm hopeful Maurice (Turner) can play this week and come back from his ankle injury. He's looked good in practice this past week, and I'm hopeful that he can help us against Stanford."Do we know what Turner's injury was?
Yeah,I agree. His injury did open the door for Brown to show what he's got. I don't see anything wrong with keeping these backs fresh by using them all.Turner is much better than some of you guys are suggesting. He is quite explosive himself and I would almost be tempted to bet he’s as fast as Brown… or at least he was. Now he could have beefed up and lost a step, but I don’t think he’s been 100% this year.
Lets not lose sight of the fact that Turner not Brown started the season as our No. 1 RB option. If he's 100% healthy, there's no reason to think that he will be a big boost to the running game.Turner is much better than some of you guys are suggesting. Doesn't really make any sense to me. He's been dressed out for the last few games. Every injury report has been first questionable, doubtful and the last two probable or likely. Obviously with Brown getting hurt would have provided some opportunity for him to play but yet.... nothing. If Brown's injury is more serious than we will know more about his availability or if he's basically done for the season, possibly gone.If he wants to return to the field and JB finds him good enough to use he might be valuable. All players have value but with injuries and opt outs, he could prove to be fresh and might be plenty motivated to show out for his next stop wherever that is.
