Rick Pitino continues to say he's looking for two graduate transfers to join the team for the 2015-16 season.
Trey Lewis: 6-2 guard, Cleveland State
Why he makes sense? He's a guard who shoots 42 percent from three-point range and he could join the team and be part of a three-guard rotation for two spots immediately. He visited Louisville and loved it.
Why he doesn't? Ohio State is offering him as well and it may be a two team race. OSU says Lewis would start.
Probability: 8 out of 10.
Derrick Gordon: 6-3 guard, UMass
Why he makes sense? He's a good solid guard who averaged nearly 10 points and 3 assists per game at a fairly good program. He'd be immediately eligible. Quick link to transfer story
Why he doesn't? Not a great shooter and didn't necessarily light it up at the UMass level.
Probability: 3 out of 10.
Dylan Ennis, 6-1 guard, Villanova
Why he makes sense? Extremely solid guard who would challenge Quentin Snider for the lead guard spot. He played extremely well at a very high level.
Why he doesn't? Not a great shooter and many, many other teams involved.
Probability: 2 out of 10.
Damion Lee, 6-6 wing, Drexel
Why he makes sense? Pitino has said he wants help on the wing and Lee would be an immediate starter. He averaged 21.5 points per game last season and would be fantastic in the press. Quick link to the transfer story
Why he doesn't? 80 schools involved and Maryland seems to be all over him.
Probability: 3 out of 10
There are a LOT more names we are hearing, but I'll snag the quick info on those guys when I get a chance.
