The Thursday Louisville women's soccer match against Syracuse at Lynn Stadium has been changed to 4 p.m. The contest was originally slated for 7 p.m.
Most likely it was adjusted for ACC Network scheduling, although travel plans for the Orange might have been a factor. No official word from UofL nor the ACC on the time change.
Syracuse comes in with a 0-1 record getting blanked at Pittsburgh 2- 0 in their season opener. The Cards are 1-1, splitting the Florida furlough with a win at Miami (3-0) and loss to FSU (0-1).
The ACC is a powerhouse league with six teams (North Carolina, Florida State, Clemson, Duke, Virginia and Pittsburgh) ranked in the top 15 in the latest United Soccer Coaches Poll.
The Cards are not ranked.
