We continue to struggle with the fundamentals! Not blocking out, not switching, poor spacing, not going over ball screens, not communicating and not rebounding! Everyone is standing around watching the shooter! CDP is a player's coach and I'm sure they think he's a swell guy...hell, so do I...but I miss the "respect through fear" our players had for CRP and even CDC! I don't see much progression from the Clemson, Miami, FSU or Syracuse losses! These were all winnable games that CDP was out coached in, plain and simple. This isn't meant to be a bashing of CDP bcuz I have tremendous respect for what he's done under the circumstances; I'd even be for him being the "Coach in Waiting" under a Jay Wright, Chris Mack, Chris Beard, Gregg Marshall, or Mick Cronin! But we've gotta go get a reputable coach that can recruit and have the respect of his players! Can someone explain to me how you don't continue to go to Ray and Anas inside when both their bigs have 4 fouls? Our players struggle with fundamentals and so does our coach! I can't wait until April!!! #Frustrated

I think Cronin may be considered. I know there are ties to CRP, but I think he has just enough distance to be given a serious look, unlike Keats. He does have fire in his belly, can recruit, and he's serious about his kids playing fundamental, "defense-first" basketball. Now, with that being said, He wouldn't be my first choice!

Our teams biggest fundamental flaw is staying in front of your man, our guards get blown by and then we either have to foul, or they score the basket...sometimes both.
