Wow. As mentioned…this team is puzzling. They can obviously play with anyone in the country. Yet, on a given day they look like the Bad News Bears.

Man,we were all waiting for the offense to get going again. Give an assist to some gritty defense and pitching. Winning feels so good, who knows..
A walk off grand slam to run rule one of the better teams in the country to win the series is fairy tale stuff. Incredible moment for the team. Happy to witness as a fan. Damn!
Yeah man, if I was in the doldrums about anything this morning, I'm not anymore. As much fun as we've had in a while out there. It took me back 10 years. I saw a couple of All ACC guys jump on a really good team and set the tone like nobody in quite a while. 👏👏👏
Dan is a wonderful coach, and so is Williams. They know what they are doing. The way the have managed the weekend roster without 1 legit starter is impressive. I can’t even wrap my head around how they are doing it.
Recruiting with pitchers has slipped imo because supply and demand. The entire recruiting landscape shifted from building relationships and coaches success in developing to a transactional process. The highest bidder wins. It has thinned out the quality depth on staffs. You need 20 good arms.
The offensive lineup even with injuries is really good. Pitchers have to be really good to shut them completely down. I haven’t been a Synder fan but they evaluated the portal and recruited really good.
If you can nail the HS recruiting and hit evaluation on the portal you can build a good positional roster. This is the opposite of pitching there are positional players everywhere.

Had a feeling as we trotted out one youngster after another against uk,when the game looked almost hopeless,that Mac and Williams were playing their cards to have everybody ready for the FSU series. It worked to near perfection. Take away the crazy start to game 1 Friday and there's at least a better shot the Cards keep that game close enough to get.
Yeah, I hadn't heard much if anything on Tyson except that he did take a ball to the chin. I'm assuming he went into concussion protocol but would have thought he would be able to play by now.
