Hold on for a second we can collaborate something here with the bikini story:
Well, right, but they don't need Andre to take care of them in that sense, I wouldn't think.
Let me ask you a question: You're drinking. You're having a good time. You're out on the town. You pick up a couple of babes and bring them back to the dorm, right? You've got two babes, right? But you've got six guys here. Where are you going to get six women?
You pick up a phone and call a number and they come parading in in their bikinis, capiche? It's a thought. I don't know.

Now does this mean anything, no not really. But it is a point that they will use to validate the information in the book. It's kinda of weak given the other details. You would need more substantial evidence along with this to collaborate the chain of events.
We do not know, nor can we collaborate the point of contact which triggered the event from the known information at this time. All we know is there were women in bikinis dancing in the dorms while basketball players threw dollar bills at them.
The amount of a $100 dollars came up on both sides and this appears plausible for the amounts mentioned.
Also, the timing of events is backwards. Not exactly keeping the story straight are we.
You still have to identify a UofL Representative handing over money which this apparently discredits any notion of occurring.
The NCAA looks for the appearance with credible evidence.
