Former UofL Player Speaks Out - Claims Bathing Suits

I wonder which player they are talking about. To me that sounds more like what really happened.

Why is certain things being brought out but you only get bits and pieces of it. When this part was brought out by local media Eric Crawford we didn't get any of the story as told by C.L why? Based on the former player it doesn't sound as bad and made out to be what is being reported. Man i am not gonna be able to handle this day to day roller coster negative then positve storys.

The local media has made it clear how they feel about the program, and more to the point Pitino.

If they wanted to call out Pitino for certain things, I would get it. But really they are chasing one side of the story.

Sullivan talking about 1980 issues. Bozich implying Pitino orchestrated it because the team lost in the NCAAs two straight years first round. Crawford laying out a laundry list of concerns and not really speaking about the potential that UofL could skate and maybe deserve to skate.

It's been a pretty much one-sided smear effort that has worked for sure. This is a case that is being tried by the media right now.

Fortunately, that's not how it will end. It will end in court - and the truth will come out.

And whatever the truth is, I am cool with it either way. If we get exonerated great, if we get crushed because we deserve it that's ok too.

I am guessing Russ Smith.

He has been silent. Trez spoke. Siva's dad spoke.

I admit I am guessing.

Could have been Luke also, but he was only here 2-3 years.

True colors of some of our local guys coming out for sure. Maybe this is mostly true, and we get hammered, so none of it really matters. But if it turns out this is being overblown you gotta wonder how this will play out, our relationships with local media moving forward.

Am I the only one who can picture Gorgui Dieng getting up and walking out of the room when this was going on?

I don't envision Gorgui actually having knowledge it was even going on.

I'd go a step further. If he knew, he probably would have told Pitino.

If it sounds like chicks in bathing suits could be the standard, THEN I'm gonna start worry about losing recruits!

:D

Ha, that might explain why so many of the 5 star recruits who had committed changed their minds. LOL...

During that period there were too many guys that were totally committed to Rick Pitino and the University of Louisville. I just can't see those guys keeping their mouths shut and not telling someone about bad activity going on? Bad activity being whores doing what whores do. Also the activity with the recruit in June 2013.....that was a few months after we won a National Championship. How much more do you need to entice a recruit? Maybe these days....it's not about being with winners? It's about what can you give me!!!!! Me, me, me generation. Some coaches have extra stuff to give. Rick is not that type of coach.

Hold on for a second we can collaborate something here with the bikini story:

Well, right, but they don't need Andre to take care of them in that sense, I wouldn't think.
Let me ask you a question: You're drinking. You're having a good time. You're out on the town. You pick up a couple of babes and bring them back to the dorm, right? You've got two babes, right? But you've got six guys here. Where are you going to get six women? You pick up a phone and call a number and they come parading in in their bikinis, capiche? It's a thought. I don't know.

Now does this mean anything, no not really. But it is a point that they will use to validate the information in the book. It's kinda of weak given the other details. You would need more substantial evidence along with this to collaborate the chain of events.

We do not know, nor can we collaborate the point of contact which triggered the event from the known information at this time. All we know is there were women in bikinis dancing in the dorms while basketball players threw dollar bills at them.

The amount of a $100 dollars came up on both sides and this appears plausible for the amounts mentioned.

Also, the timing of events is backwards. Not exactly keeping the story straight are we.

You still have to identify a UofL Representative handing over money which this apparently discredits any notion of occurring.

The NCAA looks for the appearance with credible evidence.
