Has Padgett had a technical foul this year? I think I would have had one by now just to show this team some emotion if anything.
Nobody said they needed him to, just think it’s amazing that’s he able to keep from getting one, knucklehead. If a team that starts all upperclassmen need the coach to get a T to get fired up then it’s a lost cause.

I felt about this game like I felt about the women's team last Monday. I got my wish in one case...I'm happy they kept it under 30...
Moral victory...yeah. They are going to have hard time filling that stadium next few years....better get a big time coach soon after this season is over...or going to lose alot of money.I'm happy they kept it under 30...
Want to argue but can't. The lack of effort is something I never expected from anyone wearing a UofL uniform. What I saw last night tells me this 'team' has quit as a team and has quit on their coach, their fans, and themselves. It’s one thing to lose but to lose without offering any effort is sad. The lack of defensive intensity and the lack of effort to rebound is inexcusable. It doesn’t matter what scheme you run or who’s coaching it, if you don’t have any effort.
I could have tolerated a .500 season IF the guys fought. No excuse for these guys to have laid down and disgraced the uniform and themselves. The future looks so bleak.Sorry to disagree with people who are surprised and disappointed... But this season is turning out exactly as I expected. An inexperienced assistant replacing Pitino at the last minute coaching these same guys was not cause for the optimism many people showed.
I've been pulling for them nonetheless in every game, but I literally bet money that this team would not win 20 games. Whether they looked good or bad in doing that--suffice to say I expected bad at some level--that appears to be where we're headed. If you're deflated and frustrated, your hopes for this team were probably too high.
We move on...

The box score revealed 34 minutes playing time for Sutton, Williams, Nwora and Perry. Play some of these guys more. If not we are going to lose them. At least they look like they care when they are in there. My grandson's comment was that it looked like Ray and a bunch of guys out there.Want to argue but can't. Pathetic display of character. No pride. No fire. No effort. No stones. If I get punched in the mouth, I'm going to fight back until I can't fight any longer and at one time, that was the cornerstone of a UofL basketball team.
Last night Duke treated our basketball team like the $10 hookers McGee was offering up to recruits. It was pathetic.
