Today as I went to choose my UL shirt to wear, I pulled out my Year Of The Cardinal 2013 shirt. Then I thought hey 2014 wasn't so bad either. Even though our FB team is in unfamiliar territory and on a losing streak that hurts a Cardinal fans soul......I'm not getting off the bus. I will be there for Samford and be cheering and supporting this young men to get their mojo and confidence back. They need us, true red Cardinal fans.

I honestly do not know one person who is "off the bus". However, it is frustrating to see error prone football when Petrino has always been viewed as an extremely detailed oriented taskmaster.

It's easy to be the biggest fan when the team is winning 9 + games and looking the part.

The players don't need support as much then as they do when they are struggling.

It's a true rebuilding season where we need to find a positive offensive identity in the coming weeks. Right now, the identity is not what we want it.

Hopefully the team sticks together, builds some confidence next week, and then gets a big road win the week following.
