He can apply for a medical redshirt. Theyre rarely granted, but are granted.

He's already graduated. You have a limited shelf life in basketball so why not go ahead and make money instead of playing for free again? He can go overseas and make at least 100K. That's why they didn't even make it public that he was granted another year. He told coach before the season this was it.
