Curious to know the details of Chris Jones release

No sitting in jail awaiting trial. Looks like he was released on home confinement. This sounds unusual for being accused of such violent crimes. The other two had much higher bonds and are probably sitting in jail

That is interesting, but I suspect it had as much to do with his clean rap sheet (never been arrested before) AND the circumstances surrounding the bail amount (His amount was much less than the other 2 who were charged.)

Are you saying that he should have been denied bond? The guy who shot a man to death on I-71 yesterday was given a $100,000 bond.

I'm guessing Chris Jones was able bail out.

CJ was placed in the HIP, however, he has reportedly been staying at a hotel, which is not an acceptable address for HIP. He is likely in the jail unless someone has taken responsibility for him and that someone would likely have to be a very high standing reliable person that a judge would trust. The crime is serious, but he has been extremely cooperative and not deemed a flight risk by the judge and he has no criminal record. He turned himself in to police. That is another factor.
