Glad he is getting a good shot to find a place on the team. He earned it with a pretty solid summer league performance.
They let a young guy go that plays the same position so they could see something in Ray. Scouts liked the fact he could defend multiple positions and cover ground. With so many injuries throughout a season he could get a shot.
