How does a coach with over a DECADE of proven winning head coaching experience make LESS and get FEWER years on a contract than a guy with NO head coaching experience at all at the same place?

CKP was overpaid and will continue to be with that ridiculous buyout. It's the past, let's focus on the path forward and personally I'm excited. The new coach appears to be a perfect fit out of the gate, but he is going to have to earn it and I think he will.
