BIG 12 Concern should be Talent Drain

I know when the Big 12 was looking at WVU and Louisville for expansion a lot of people were talking about Louisville would have to improve their recruiting to compete in their league. I kept up with their teams recruiting and at that time there were only two teams that had higher ranked recruiting classes than us. They were Texas and Oklahoma the rest of the conference had lower ranked classes.
