Louisville offered St. Louis-area four-star 2021 RB Justin Johnson tonight. A do-everything back who will continue to see his stock rise this off-season. We saw Justin early and often, and he has been in the Rivals250 from the start. Louisville is plenty early with the offer here, I would expect they get a strong look.
