I was told Louisville has been working on flipping Chaplin since November. I think Louisville has a good chance because they’ve developed a relationship and all the coaches who recruited him at VT are gone.
The flip may not go down today but it could. Also, if he doesn’t sign with VT today that’s also a positive sign. I really like this kid and I think he’s under the radar. He doesn’t do the camp circuit and coaches say he’s hard to get a hold of because he doesn’t like the recruiting process.
