I thought if you were a Top 8 National seed you were assured to host the Super should you advance. I'm watching Arkansas/Mo State and Arky is hosting rather than Mo State as the 8 seed?

Also, UVA and MD are playing and each was a 3 seed in the respective regional, how was it decided that UVA got to host?
