The high school and Juco players will be hurt the most.
The only way to maintain a program at a high level is players have to stay in the program. The constant revolving door makes it very difficult to maintain consistency in any program. I think Pitt is a good example completely built on the portal. That is really hard to duplicate again and again.

Would far prefer a proven transfer from the portal over an unproven (and often over-hyped) high school player.
