- There are a ton of rumors out there right now - much of what I have heard is likely untrue.
- The two most common rumors - (I'll just post here so you all know they are fairly common) involve Andre's involvement with the woman and paying some of her bills and the other being a former assistant coach involved as well.
- Neither are confirmed or have a lot to them right now. I haven't heard much in the way of proof either way. I can say the first one makes some sense - especially with the timeline of McGee going to Kansas City and her possibly feeling slighted - the second one would only make sense if her allegation of McGee sending money back for one last dance for a recruit at a school he wasn't even working for (read: not likely) was true.
- The next shoe to drop is the escorts talking to corroborate a story or two - I have heard that some of them have been contacted, but I haven't heard anything about what they may have said or not said.
- I will say this, too - one of the rumors I've been working to track down involves where the "evidence" in this case came from. So we know that Katina Powell says she lost 700 text messages in a virus even though she intended to keep them for the purposes of writing a book. (insert eye roll here)
- Well, it looks like she wasn't keeping pictures either - I have been sent links to various Facebook accounts that have the photos from the book in their Facebook photos. Essentially it looks like she snagged most of the photos for the book (Including the very first - "smoking gun" photo the IBJ released of her daughter and Chane) from her daughters' and other dancers' social media accounts.
- On those social media accounts of what appear to be her daughters is clear evidence of her daughters being in the family business. Promo photos of strippers, stripper parties and escort services are prominent. Also several references to drug use and one photo of a woman who appears to be her daughter smoking a blunt.
- Powell has apparently snagged herself a lawyer here in town because she realized that she is in legal peril if the the things she says in her book were actually true. The first thing her lawyer (Larry Wilder of Jeffersonville, Ind.) did was tell WDRB that her daughters were not underage when they took part in the activities listed in the book.
- Luke Hancock and SVT and Mike Marra have all been adamant nothing like that went on that they saw.
- Terrence Williams was furious when he read the allegations and his response echoes that. I do wonder about the believability of him coming back to town and ordering escorts on two occasions when he was in the NBA at the time and frequently posted pictures of himself on Instagram with beautiful women.

- Dr. Ramsey clearly trusts Tom Jurich to do the right thing and to handle the investigation and future NCAA punishment fairly and accurately.

It was a complete hack job by a guy who didn't come to campus, didn't interview anybody and took the word of a public speaker who visited campus for a couple of days back in 2006 - NINE years ago, when the current college students were in 4th and 5th grades.
- Spoke to sources around women's basketball - they are likely done for the 2016 class and they believe they have another TOP 5 recruiting class. They now have a Top 5 class in 2014, the No. 1 class in 2015 and a Top 5 class in 2016.
- He is building a title contender at Louisville. I don't think this is the year, but I could easily see a Final Four run in 2017 and a title in 2018.
- Speaking of 2018, it is no secret that Louisville football has at least thought of the possibilities that year. Keep it in the back of your head. Everything seems to be building for that BIG year when Lamar, the three OL, Crum, Peete, Spence and all of these offensive weapons are seniors. Oh, and Alabama is on the schedule.
