Multiple players have told me that there is an energy present at practice this week that hasn't been there. Again, until we see something on the field we have no reason to believe things have changed, but I thought I would pass along what I have heard.
Mike Summers talked to the media yesterday and said this:
"They were challenged by the coaching staff, and challenged by each other and I thought they responded to that challenge and looked good on the practice field. We took a big step today."
Hopefully we see a different football team Saturday.
