With 16 or 17 games played in a 22 game schedule, the WNBA's top eight that will make the playoffs looks pretty close to being locked in.

So far, Seattle (13-3), Las Vegas (12-3), Los Angeles (12-4), Minnesota (11-5) and Chicago (11-6) appear to be the top five seeds. Phoenix, Connecticut and Dallas currently appear to be the next three in line to round out the top eight, but, anything can happen.

Tonight's games:

Connecticut vs New York 7 p.m.
Indiana vs. Atlanta 8 p.m.
Phoenix vs Las Vegas 10 p.m.

As far as Cardinals in the "wubble" go:

Myisha Hines Allen is averaging 15.7 points per game. Angel McCoughtry averaging 14.6 a game, Jazmine Jones 10.3 a game and Kylee Shook 4.0 points per game.

Sadly, it looks like Angel may be the only Card to reach the playoffs. I hope New York and Washington can get on win streaks and maybe force their way in at seven and eight seeds but #7 current seed Connecticut is currently 7-9, #8 seed Dallas is 6-10, the Mystics are 4-11 and Liberty are 2-13, so some pretty dramatic things would need to happen for New York or Washington to make the playoffs.
