With the new landscape of college football; I think the teams that build a system that can be taught quickly while being complex enough to remain competitive will have the most success.
The reason I think this is because most of the players will be transfers or come from the portal, most with the goal of leaving their JR Year. So teams will get one or two good years out the players. Normally, that's not long enough to learn very complex systems.
