Not sure who all has gotten around to looking at it but the Rivals main page released an article predicting where the top 10 of 2018 go. 3 out of 4 predicted Romeo to the Cards and the outlier picked Indiana. Is this just ignorance on their part or is he not as high on Duke as people initially thought?
