VJ King enters name in the draft.

I honestly do not know if he is good enough to play overseas - certainly not in the tougher leagues. Guys on those rosters have legit resumes that would surprise you - I mean Earl Clark and Kyle Kuric are over there....

Only he knows if he's interested in playing lower level overseas - maybe he'd like that culture change, or maybe he thinks he's a lot better than he actually is.

Who knows!

You shared an opinion on what the roster was going to look like and you included Adel on that roster when it was obvious he wasn't returning. It does not matter which thread you were oblivious in. And it is not a big deal that you were wrong - just like it's not a big deal if people were wrong about who is staying and leaving this year.

Your initial response here was "Fan denial and oblivious-ness are funny things esp. this time of year..." so all I am saying is your fan denial and oblivious-ness last year at the same time was funny to me too.

We are laughing. It's okay to laugh at yourself. I guess it's a little more difficult to do in this instance because you walked in to the door calling out other posters for doing something you did yourself the prior season. It's hilarious. Nothing left to add...
Everyone loves a good laugh, hop, but you're trying too hard. And I don't understand why. I never said that YOU were in denial or oblivious anymore than I beat the drum that Adel was coming back to U of L for his senior year. Your fixation on this/me is curious.

I'm honored somewhat that you're tracking me on this and probably other issues. But I'd think you can find better evidence if I'm consistently wrong about players leaving or staying. Don't waste too much time looking because I'm not...

Now that the Adidas shoe company representative paychecks have stopped, it might be time to earn a paycheck while on the Mediterranean coast...!
I sense a little sarcasm, but don't kid yourself as to this possibility. In fact, I'm not sure the entire drama of VJ King from the time he committed can't be explained in large part by shoe money. I know that I no longer question why he stayed firm in his commitment through the McGee/ho mess--he had hi$ rea$on$...

I don't know if you guys have or haven't heard but it sounds like Vj if not drafted is transferring for sure, which would obviously open up the scholly for lamaar kimble. good sign if you ask me.

I predicted this a few months ago and haven't changed my opinion. I said it's 99% a sure thing that Nwora and Enoch were gone...

Can't predict irrational behavior. And sorry that won't deter me...

Can’t own up to being wrong either. Can’t say I’m shocked, after all you are chicken shit.
What I was wrong about is assuming Nwora and Enoch would act in their personal best interests. Nothing they did this week suggested that...

How come your thread predicting starting lineup 19-20 didn’t include Nwora?
Wasn’t sure he was coming back, however didn’t blatantly state he was gone either like SOME.

Fail. Cuddle up to your master, he’s currently back peddling and making excuses as to why he was wrong.

How bout Lifelong sneaking in some 411, now THIS is a guy that had the crystal ball.

I just don't believe these guys look at things the way we do. History shows that they lean toward leaving early and in the face of what we think is logical.

.

Look at you - this sure looks like some goal posts moving.

Prior to them making their decision, leaving early was illogical - but now, since they've returned, you're saying they should have left early, and it was not logical for them to return.

Classic.

No, that's not correct. I said what WE THINK IS LOGICAL. And that's WE as in fans.

History shows that college players normally act in their own selfish interests. And that's completely logical for them. Occasionally, as in Nwora's and Enoch's cases, they do not.

And I've already admitted, I can't predict that since I don't think irrationally...

Every year players choose to leave early, some put their names in the draft and choose to come back. Every year guys who had the chance to get drafted choose to come back to cbb. If you are talking lottery picks, then yes they don't come back but further down the draft it happens all of time.

Standard zippy 101 - even when he’s completely wrong the best that he can do is give a version of “I screwed up by trusting you”.

Moreover the conclusion that Nwora and Enoch and their families, advisors and representatives - you know, those people with a first hand view of the situation(s) - came to the decision that it was in each kid’s best interests to return to UofL is deemed “irrational” by some rando perched in a condominium in southern indiana because it differs with what he thinks they should have done?

Umm, ok.

And each situation is different.

Guys who are 20+ years old that got playing time on good college teams don't need more college experience. They're wasting their time--and probably in denial--trying to prove they should be higher draft picks.

That has nothing to do with what fans want or what helps their college teams. Two separate arguments...
