That's not my take. I think they are saying we have a background of where sex may be involved, whether it's the coach or a player being charged for rape, all within the last few years.Saying we have a history of being a rules violator.
Ricks personal transgression had nothing to do with the NCAA or school and the false accusation against Chris the same .That's not my take. I think they are saying we have a background of where sex may be involved, whether it's the coach or a player being charged for rape, all within the last few years.
So enlighten me, what history of rules violation do we have?Ricks personal transgression had nothing to do with the NCAA or school and the false accusation against Chris the same .
Go read the NCAA response that's what they wrote not me geez!!!!!!!So enlighten me, what history of rules violation do we have?
No. You made a post saying that we have a history of violations. I responded to your post. Go read it yourself unless you don't remember what you post sometimes, Fist.Go read the NCAA response that's what they wrote not me geez!!!!!!!
I'm not sure you know what you're reading...Go read the NCAA response that's what they wrote not me geez!!!!!!!
You need to bone up. Being a "fan" is not all the gravy stuff. If you want in, you have to handle adversity like Jurich and all the coaches say. This is such a bad look for the University of Louisville. It's not really being discussed nationally much right now for good reason, but I'm so tired of hearing, talking and trying to defend it.
If this were any other school (especially UK), we would be clowning the coach and university.
I will be glad when this thing is behind us and the black cloud that has surrounded Louisville basketball for the last year or so has passed.
The process is exhausting. I'm not sure what to really think anymore.
Signed,
Frustrated and disappointed fan.
Thats qouted from the report. if you go read it you will see the exact wordingNo. You made a post saying that we have a history of violations. I responded to your post. Go read it yourself unless you don't remember what you post sometimes, Fist.
Who is this "we" you are talking about? TrollSaying we have a history of being a rules violator.
Yeah, but what is the best course? Is it what's best for the program and the institution or the coach.I want to take the best course even if it takes time and effort, and even if it "frustrates and disappoints" some of our fans..

As most know, I've never supported the path our former Prez chose for us. EASY is not always the best way. I want to take the best course even if it takes time and effort, and even if it "frustrates and disappoints" some of our fans...
I think you misunderstood zipp's main point. That point is you have to accept the bad along with the good to be a true fan of whatever program you support. We've had our fair share of both bad AND good.First off, I don't need anyone telling me to bone up and handle adversity that doesn't know anything about me. If I want in, hell I've been in and will stay in.
I'm a proud graduate of the university and am the cousin of a well known player that played under coach Crum. Doesn't mean a real hill of beans, but you cannot come at me with that "real fans should feel this way" stuff. You cannot tell me how to be a fan. Laughable.
I can feel and state my opinions the same as you do yours even if they don't line up with your thinking. Doesn't make me any less of fan. Doesn't mean I want to take the easy way out.
If the tables were reversed and this was another university, a lot of fans would see this case differently.
It's a bad look and story for the university and there is no way to get around that.

Totally understood his point. I've been through good and bad. No one can tell me how to think or how to feel or how to be "real fan." I have and will always support the university and don't need anyone telling me how a "real supporter" should feel.
Doesn't mean I cannot be frustrated with the process or how it looks to the university. Please don't misunderstand my point and assume thing.
i feel sorry for yall
"Yes" is the answer to all of those questions. You have to balance all of those priorities and choose the correct path.Yeah, but what is the best course? Is it what's best for the program and the institution or the coach.
Should all involved accept the findings and the punishment or dig in and fight?
I never said anything about "real fan." Those are your words. Your problem is you're a whiner, and you're not alone. We have plenty of fans who are whiners.First off, I don't need anyone telling me to bone up and handle adversity that doesn't know anything about me. If I want in, hell I've been in and will stay in.

Whiners don't deal with adversity well. It goes something like "why are we here?" "Who can we blame?" "When will it be over?"
There may not be any easy answers to those questions, but for damn sure, whining doesn't help. You bone up, real fan or not...
