Starting to look like Sean Miller is a serious candidate at Texas. Xavier opening up would be interesting. Kelsey has obvious ties there and I’m sure would be #1 dream candidate on their wishlist.
I want to be clear, I do not believe Xavier could pay Kelsey’s $10+ million buyout and get anywhere close to what we are giving him towards NIL. But their fans will be loud and want him. Similar to us and Brohm in 2018. Not realistic, but there will probably be some noise and Kelsey will likely have to speak on it. Ultimately, I think he could end up with a raise this season even after Indiana filled up.
I would predict a Chris Mack return to Xavier which would be funny.
