I honestly dont think that rule will impact UK that much. When they used to get 3-4 of the top 10 every year, it would have been a significant impact as Wall, Cousins, Davis, Towns, etc. never step foot on campus. Recently he has been getting more of the 10-25 guys and I simply dont see a majority of those guys skipping college. I may be wrong, but I see 10 or so kids a year utilizing this new rule (the other unknown is how the rule change, along with the G-League $$ change blends together). I am more interested to understand if you have a kid committed and he decides to jump at the last second the impact that has as now all other top targets are committed, which could leave you in a bind especially for coaches like Cow that generally dont grab the low 4's and develop them. You could easily go from a top 5 class to out of the top 15 or so in a blink of an eye.
