SEC ball we should have seen this coming

I am guilty of making fun of the SEC basketball programs they actually had 3 schools that are good in basketball instead of one. We should have seen this coming though. Most colleges are either good in basketball but not football or vice versa, very few schools are good in both sports like us.

With the SEC football being in decline the past few years we should have seen basketball improvement coming. Florida and South Carolina weren't relevant this year and schools like Tennessee, Mississippi and Mississippi St. aren't that good in either sport they're are just overrated. So congratulations on your improvement in basketball and sorry too hear about your decline in football.

It's my belief the SEC is still as bad as we thought it was during the regular season from top to bottom. They had 4, maybe 5 decent teams out of 14 and really only 2 teams with any kind of winning history. That's not a good basketball conference no matter what happens in this tourney.

South Carolina has made it to their first elite 8 IN SCHOOL HISTORY. Florida needed a miracle shot to beat Wisconsin in OT. UofK on the other hand has looked very good, and they are playing their best basketball of the year which is where you want to be this time of year. Is it enough to beat North Carolina again? Maybe. I guess we'll find out late tomorrow evening.

The way the ball is bouncing for that conference i wouldn't bet on anything bad going against them.at present.They on a gamblers roll !
