Lots of speculation on these two committing to UK today. I think if Minkins has a good camp his offer will become committable and he will commit today. I know that's bad news for everyone but that's what I'm hearing. As far as Watkins, I would be shocked if he committed to UK without even taking an official there, here, or anywhere else. His recruitment is just heating up, he has no Junior film, an he will still take visits elsewhere.
