RIP Ricky Gallon

Ricky was a good player for UL and looks like he had a nice long foreign career. At 6-11 had a good shooting touch, would probably be better fit with the modern game.
I don't think I ever remember him returning for a UL game, wish we would do a better job showcasing the former players at home games. The crowd loves it and the players always seem to enjoy it.

No player arrived at UL with higher expectations, and despite being a great part of the UL Basketball Program, Ricky never received the level of respect that I felt like he deserved. I always thought that his height at 6’11” made many fans expect too much.

RIP Ricky, thank you for your contribution to Card Basketball.

I think you'll see PK start to mend those fences and bring those guys back. Mack tried but there were too many other sideshow going on while he was here. Pitino couldn't have cared less about alumni and everyone was to embarrassed to come back when Eeyore was here..

RIP Ricky Gallon. One of my first favorite Cardinal players. Hate seeing these guys passing that were the face of Louisville when I was a kid..!
