I think your somewhat uninformed about what UK has coming back in the trenches. You won't see a 4-8 team

On offense, you lose the first team all American and right tackle, that’s from a line that was masked by Snells ability to break tackles. You’ll probably win six games, only because you don’t ever play another OOC team that’s decent, and you’ll have 8 home games.

I understand your point but I think you're going to find the defensive front 7 more than capable next year. If you can stop/slow down the run you can be in games. As for the offensive line, there is solid depth with reps that again i don't think as non fans you're aware of. All I'm saying is don't be surprised if KY is an 8 win team next year.
