Rooths And Brown Putting In Work

It's almost funny that there has been so much attention given to Earl Clark playing in the TBT, because freshman to sophomore Khani Rooths has a lot in common with Earl when he first got to campus (and please refrain from the "is he really on campus" response). He and Pryor are seemingly the extent of our athletic length on the roster.

...that said, Rick would have driven himself insane trying to break down Khani's hand position on his shot release. He has this wrist rolling hitch at the top of his release that looks like it hinders him.

I can see the Rooths/Clark comparisons a bit. Rooths is very athletic with a pretty high ceiling. Would love to see him make a big frosh to soph leap and be a key piece on this team.

Really like Mikels athleticism and skill too and the fact that both are already on campus working on their respective games.

Rooths is the most underrated player on this team. I think we will be pleasantly surprised by his play this year
