this offense will not have success until a QB emerges who can make simple reads and throws on a soft zone. The offense has become one-dimensional and generic. Teams are stacking the box on run plays and dropping back on pass plays and we cant even dump it to the RB. Basically, we cant even execute simple plays the defense is giving us. Until we can find a QB who can make throws, has the aptitude to know where to throw, and has the confidence to make the throw, we will be a sub-par offense. I don't see how such a rapid improvement can be made from the pocket to salvage the season.
That was the worst pocket performance of a Louisville QB in the last 30 years, maybe more. We win that game with every QB we've had since J.Brohm.
