I've heard and read a lot today.
I want to make sure I'm not convicting anyone before a trial. More importantly, we also want to make sure we never dismiss/discourage a victim.
There are zero people in UofL's administration that are dismissing these allegations.
That said, there are a lot of students who claim to have been there and are openly disputing the allegations.
Jones' lawyers are going after the video tape from the lobby and hallways etc... There are a lot of people to give statements because it was a big party.
